Use of the Platform

REALPRO Suite is intended for lawful business use by agents, teams, offices, branches, and related users who access approved features, connected accounts, and communications tools as part of the broader REALPRO International Inc organization.

Accounts and Access

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, credentials, and connected services, and for using the platform only within the permissions granted to them by the platform, their office, branch, team, or authorized administrator.

Office and Branch Structure

Some services may be offered through or managed by REALPRO International Inc, affiliated offices, branches, teams, or local business units. Those entities may administer users, records, communications, and workflows within their permitted organizational scope.

Connected Services

By connecting an email, calendar, cloud file, messaging, or similar external service, you authorize REALPRO Suite to access and use that information only as needed to provide the features you request, support your workflows, secure the service, and maintain or improve user-facing functionality.

Communications

Users must only send calls, texts, emails, and other communications they are authorized to send and must comply with applicable privacy, consent, marketing, and carrier rules. If you enable text messaging, you represent that you have obtained any required consent before sending messages through the platform.

SMS Program Terms

Where text messaging is enabled, message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, consent is not a condition of purchase where prohibited by law, and recipients may opt out by replying STOP when available or request help by replying HELP when available.

Availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service as the platform evolves across the platform and its related offices, branches, and business operations.

Limitation

REALPRO Suite is provided as a business platform service, and use of the platform is at your own risk to the extent allowed by law.
