Community & Social Clubs
REALPRO is more than a brokerage — it's a connected community of agents who show up for each other and for the neighborhoods they serve. Our community programs are open to everyone, and most run as opt-in Social Clubs you join from your dashboard. Each club has its own focus, rules of engagement, and notification settings so you control how involved you want to be.
REALPRO on the Scene
A live, public feed of community moments — open houses, sponsorships, volunteer days, and closings — posted by agents from the field. Anyone can post; the feed appears as a shifting carousel of the most recent moments on office and team pages, and soon on the franchise REALPRO Universe page.
Rules of engagement
- Anyone can post — no join required, but posts are public and reflect on the brand.
- Your main photo leads the carousel; add up to 8 photos per post.
- Inquiries route straight to the posting agent — be responsive and professional.
- Opt into notifications (All, Just my office, or Just my team) from your Scene settings.
Social Clubs
Interest-based clubs (fitness, networking, giving back, etc.) that bring agents together around shared goals. Open to everyone, but you join from your dashboard so the club can track members, streaks, and leaderboards.
Rules of engagement
- Open to everyone — join from the Social Clubs page to participate and track activity.
- Each club sets its own cadence and goals; respect the group norms.
- Leaders can feature standout members and nudge inactive ones.
- Notification settings are per-club — you choose what you hear about.
Office & Team Communities
Your office and team each have their own REALPRO on the Scene carousel and activity feed, so local moments stay local while still rolling up to the franchise.
Rules of engagement
- Office and team carousels show posts from members of that scope only.
- Team leads can feature a post to pin it to the front of the team carousel.
- Posts can be toggled per scope (office, team, franchise) at publish time.
- Notification scope defaults to "All" but can be narrowed to office or team.
